Assumption.
  That you are a touch typist, i.e. don't need the keytop markings.
  That your test will be on a Windows machine

Option.
  Change the setting (if you're allowed) for the keyboard to dvorak
  and just use it as a dvorak keyboard.  No need to tell them what
  you've done if you can get away with it?


Caution.
  Ensure you're familiar with the 'standard' US dvorak keyboard layout.
  Couple of keys I've changed (Linux setup) that I haven't figured out
  how to change (remap) on Windows.
