Its been a long time since I took the LSAT and when I did there was 
no need for a typewriter nor did any of my college courses require me 
to type with anything other than what I desired to type in. So I am 
very suprised at the implications of this post.  The Dvorak is an 
approved ANSI keyboard.  You should definately request to take the 
ttest in Dvorak openly and not sneak around in any manner, be it by 
false injury claim, changing their software or anything like that.  
You could just be the "savior" of mankind from the horrors of 
Qwerty.  

If they deny you I, Gregory Stuart GOrDon will see to it that the 
case goes all the way to the Supreme Court and feel free to threaten 
them with that fact as aad if they even suggest the possibility of 
denying you your "right to use Dvorak."  Enough is enough.  It is 
time for all good men to come to the aid of their country not to 
forget to mention that August Dvorak figured out a layout for almost 
every other language on earth also.
