Complaint letters to GRE and ETS

I think that each of us that chooses to complain about this
discrimination by ETS towards Dvorak users has to write their letters in
their own style and from their own viewpoint. A company that deals
with the public must expect a wide range complaints and ways of
complaining. I am sure that Gregory's letter is very mild compared to
many that ETS must receive. If we wait till we formulate the perfect
letter or the letter that satisfies everyone else, we will never write
those letters.

I can see ETS changing their position through two processes:
1) Large enough public outcry and complaints. The rationality or
emotionality of the complaints may have some influence, but I suspect
that the simple number of complaints may be the biggest influence.
Since there are so few of us, we must hope that even a few complaints
will get them to consider adding a Dvorak option.
2) legal action or sufficient threat of legal action. The legal
option has to have a paper trail showing that we made every effort to
right this wrong and that we are indeed being wronged.

Collin, have you been further persuing this matter? What inquiries or
steps have you taken, since this actually effects you personally. Can
you round up other people to write letters and complain on your behalf?
