Natural keyboard vs 'standard' layout. Easiest for Dvorak?

I've just replaced a Microsoft 'Natural' keyboard with an imitation
'old' IBM keyboard,
which by comparison feels very narrow (but rather nice and clunky).

Using a Dvorak layout seems somehow so much more natural than on the M$ layout?
Quite possibly since the Dvorak layout was meant to be used with such a layout?

Anyone else had that comparison?
