no i am not fluent, and i wonder there is some freak that does. I 
think that the one who types dvorak just leaves qwerty aside.
I was fluent in qwertz thanks to the Tipplehrer trainer from Jörg 
Nienhaus, as fast as one can be. When i changed to dvorak and then to 
my variation of the german dvorak layout i felt so sure it was the 
best decision i ever took that from that point i prefer to dictate or 
to point something rather than type on other layouts.

So, Mailorderspam, whoever you are, concentrate on typing and health 
rather than typing on both layouts. It is sooo easy to switch 
layouts....
