Sorry if this is late, I don't read the group regularly.

Dvorak did some groundbreaking work and we would all be better off if his layout had become more popular in the 1930's.  Most of all, it was his approach to improvement.

But for several reasons, his 1932 keyboard design is not popular for computer keyboards in 2009, and I predict it will remain that way.

It's not just poor marketing.  Here's a list of reasons why I don't use it.
