I confirm everything that "rehsupdoow" said about the TypeMatrix. It's
my favorite keyboard for all the reasons he stated.

People like to talk about the speed boost from switching to Dvorak,
but the best benefit for me was the increase in comfort from the
reduced motion and also the more natural motions such as the drumming
patterns T H, OU, etc. Try typing "through" for example.

On the downside, I actually experienced more discomfort the first 30
days or so because as a beginner I was using too much effort and often
pausing. It was worth getting through that.
