This issue has come up here before. Legal action may be necessary. You may be able to get the exam administered in a handwritten or typewritten format if you can obtain a certificate attesting to medical necessity. As I understand, the reports of your scores would indicate that the exam was administered in a non-standard format--and that might invite discriminatory treatment.
