GMAT and GRE are standardized testing services used to rank student applicants to graduate schools. There is absolutely no way they would allow or could be forced to allow personal keyboards or usb devices or personal programs for switching keyboards. Any of those options introduce the potential for cheating or damage to their systems. If test takers are to have a Dvorak option the GMAT and GRE will have to allow it and provide appropriate methods of switching. In my communications and studies of the matter, it appeared to me that the medical necessity options were pretty limited and did not include Dvorak. Claiming a medical need to use Dvorak did not seem to be a situation that they would consider. Paul Martzen
