'QGMLWY' keyboard

I ran across this website, which provides a new keyboard layout, with keys in very different positions than Dvorak. I'm personally really skeptical about this (especially the position of 'u' off of the home row), but it claims to have the "least effort" of any layout. I tried typing a few common digraphs on it and found many of them to be extremely uncomfortable. It seems that, while he considered most of Dvorak's design principles, the ease of typing common letter sequences is not considered in the program. It seems to me that this may also be a problem with Colemak.

Do people have other thoughts about this layout, or design in general?
