I think the article is very well written.   For me also the background 
is dark blue, making the black type hard to read.  I did not see a 
download as pdf button.   If I do that and write comments in specific 
areas, I will send it back to you with those comments embedded.

I like that you discuss the obstacles to converting such as system 
administrators and such.  I would like to see more discussion of the 
roadblocks that the Qwerty world places in the way of Dvorak users, then 
discussion of how people have overcome those roadblocks.
