I took the liberty of copying this reply to the alt-keyboards email group. It's not that my time is so valuable, but it may take me a while to find a useful answer, if I can, and maybe somebody on the list can help you offhand.

I cannot claim credit for the right-handed layout on my website. It was produced or at least distributed by someone in the now long-inactive Dvorak International organization. I wasn't aware of the differences you encountered, but I've never really used the one-handed layouts on either Mac or PC. I can probably dig up a diagram of Dvorak's original right-hand layout, but that won't really help.

In the past, keyboard layouts on the Mac were editable by using a resource editor (ResEdit), commonly available to developers. I'm sure something like that still exists, but I don't know anything about it. I'm afraid I lost touch with the Mac's leading edge quite some time ago, and the trailing edge is slipping away.
