avrdude: stk500_getsync(): not in sync: resp=0x3f

Hi,

I'm trying to upload the blink example in an Arduino Leonardo (atmega32u4).
After pressing the reset button activating the proper COM port y execute
the AVRDude with the next output:

Could you please let me know what is the 0x3f error?
