Breadboarding ISP header

I always try to breadboard my new projects before committing to solder - 
even the ISP header.  Unfortunately I haven't found a good way to put a 
dual row header on a breadboard.  All of my boards handle DIPs and 
SIPs with no problem, but nor place for headers.

Anyone got any ideas or know of any kind of adapters that would work?
