Hello If you use the URLs in a tool a good solution is to distribute default versions of the file with the tool, then let the tool update the default version by downloading new files from the CiA Website. If downloading the file fails because there is no internet connection, or the CiA website is down, or if the file was moved unintentionally the software just uses the stored file, no need to even give an error message to the user.
