you can get basic CAN training by the CiA (CAN in Automation www.can-cia.org) in different parts of the world. May be it is not really what you want, not automotive only. Look at there web site. 
Vector Informatik http://vector.com/ based in Germany offers for sure what you like to get. Based in Germany with offices in many countries Vector does also webinars.
