RE: free CAN troubleshooting sheet

Well,  first off I need to apologies to both John, and the rest of the group
as well.  'Totally lacking content' is clearly not true, and obviously
things are targeted for different audiences.  

 

And to the group:  Not a great way to kick off an introduction to a new
mailing list - what is that rule?  Wait at least 4 weeks before making the
1st post J

 

I have, however, seen so many lists descend into pure commercial focus.
Scanning the archives do not expect that of this list - and hope it stays
content rich.

Hi Al,

The guys at the CAN Bus academy are an honorable group of people.  Yes. I
agree it's a bit presumptuous to ask for an email address but the world
seems to be centered around marketing nowadays so I guess it's a price we
pay.

I've sent the document off to a client who has people troubleshooting and
diagnosing CAN systems with absolutely no knowledge of CAN.  I've had to
teach them to measure the bus to see if it looks healthy.  This chart is a
nice addition for people who know nothing about CAN.

Um.  I am new to this list, but I hope the following is not typical - I
found it to be totally lacking  content and really just a way to harvest

key test procedures to troubleshoot a CAN bus using a multimeter. Let me
