cisco3845 crashed

Merhaba,

Datecentre'da museterinin iki adet c3845 router var. QoS configurasyonunda asagidaki degisikligi yaparken router kendini reseteldi

  shape average 7000000 -------------bu komutu girerken router resetlendi
  service-policy BRANCH-7M

bir sure sonra secondary router devreye girdi. tekrar primary boot ettiginde,ayni konutlari girdigimde normal bir sekilde kabul etti. sira ayni degisikligi secondary'de yapmaya gelince o da aynisekilde, ayni noktada crash etti. tekrar boot ettikten sonra normal bir sekilde degisikligi yaptim.

bi kac hafta once benzer bidegisikligi yaptigimda ise hic bir sorun olmamisti. musterideki IT admin, daha once de aynin sorunun oldugunu ve QoS modulundeki memory leak'den suphelendiklerini soyledi

elimde sh teh, crash.info vs var, software forced crash disinda fazla bisey bulamadim,  bi sure de web'de arastirmama ragmen alakali olabilecek bir bug vs de bulamadim...

eger bir fikri olan ya da daha bu sorunla karsilasip cozmus olan varsa ve cozumu verebilirse cok sevinirim
