Route Reflectorde OUT yönünde Policy yazýlabilmesi

Merhaba Route Reflector olarak tanýmladýðým bir router üzerinde onun IBGP clientýna out yönünde route map yazdýðýmda (local prefi deðiþtirmesi için ) bunun etkili olmadýðýný görüyorum bunu GNS te 2691 routerda yapýyorum,



          R2---EBGP---- R1(RR)-------IBGP-------------R3

R1 de 

router bgp 100
    no synchronization
   bgp log-neighbor-changes
   neighbor 3.3.3.3 route-reflector-client
   neighbor 3.3.3.3 remote-as 100
   neighbor 3.3.3.3 route-map MEHMET out
  route-map MEHMET permit 10
 set local-preference 130

R3'te R2 den gelip R1'e ebgp ile gelip oradan ibgp'ye inject olan  routelar için local prefi 130 görmem lazým diye düþünüyorum, bu sorun sadece Route Reflectorde ortaya çýkýyor yani R1'i RR olmaktan çýkarsam set ettiðim prefixte görebiliyorum ve sorun sadece dediðim gibi OUT yönü için geçerli
