Cisco 7606 SUP32 ios upgrade problem

Cisco 7606 cihaz uzerinde mevcut  "WS-SUP32-GE-3B 9 ports Supervisor Engine 32 8GE Rev. 4.2"  line card uzerinde  s3223-adventerprisek9_wan-mz.122-33.SRA7.bin ios'u ipv6 da vrrp full feature desteklemedigi icin yeni versiyon bir ios ile upgrade etmek istiyoruz.
Versiyonu c7600s3223-adventerprisek9-mz.122-33.SRB7.bin olan ios'u flasha copyalayıp burdan boot ettirdigimizde cihaz core dump vermekte sonrasında cihaz restart olmaktadır.
Bu konu hakkında tecrubeniz olmus ise tecrubelerinizi paylasmanızı rica ederim.
