A simple multi tasking example for GP4020

Hello all,

I eventually decided to port Justin Armstrong's 
JaysOs instead of FreeRTOS. A sneak preview of
the code is available from the following link.

Unlike the original, the code doesn't have any
fancy APIs. It simply provides context switching
among predefined tasks.
