Hi Tak,

I think the SBAS (or WAAS specificly) is a non-free standard.
This may be the SBAS/WAAS standard, the title is not very clear, (RTCA/DO-229)

We could try a freedom of information request thru the FAA to get it, but it may be protected 
because it is owned by a non-government agency.
