Thank you for the article. It appears to be an outstanding article in the
subject. 

First, following the methodology suggested in the article we need to get
specific with each and every clock vendor and come up with a summary table
to illustrate the category of where each clock vendor falls into: example
(STD) GPS, Indoors, etc. This will give an opportunity to each clock vendor
to revisit their data sheets and come up and a list of things that they have
to work on, such as the frequency-error handling. This will give an
opportunity to different clock vendors to come up a significantly improved
clock design as suggested by the article.

Second, based on the data provided in the article I need to use my global
maximum-likelihood and Monte Carlo Markov Chain (MCMC) to determine that the
clock parameters provided by the article are reasonable. 

It seems to me that this seems like a very nice topic for an ION-AM 2007
paper and beyond.

not sure
which part number it is.
