Should the Clock be update with the bias estimate?

Hi Everybody,

I was wondering...
after computing navigation and clock bias, should I
update the clock and then reset the bias to zero very loop,
or I should keep the clock the same but always using the bias
to correct the time in the computations?
It seems the first option is the easier one.
Does someone disagree?
