The formula to derive coarse GPS Satelluite position from Almanac

Hi there,

I am reading the function  satpos_almanac at file gpsfuncs.c written by
Clifford Kelley, and I really want to compare the software with the
formulus. There are no formula/equations shown in GPS ICD to derive coarse
GPS Satelluite position from Almanac data. Could anybody please show me a
link or any information?
