Couldn't compile ogr!!!

Hi everybody
I couldn't have compile ogr yet!!!

I have downloaded the kernel 2.4.25 from
www.kernel.org, and the patches from www.RTAI.org
(rtai-3.0r4), my current os is redhat 9.0, but still
can not compile ogr.

Can anybody tell me about version of kernel and patch
he/she is using?
