There are several items on YouTube - I googled for *ibm i extensions for vs code* and got several playlists. As I recall, Code for i has several introductory items in VS Code - there is also the challenge just getting used to VS Code itself, in my experience - again, there are several helpful intro bits in VS Code itself.
