If Lan Console point a browser to the HMC port and you should hit Advanced
System Management Interface (ASMI). I found it works better by IP address,
with https, like https://10.10.x.y.

That takes a special user id and password.

Now, there are those who only open their HMC/ASMI port to a dedicated
subnet with no physical access outside of the room. I find this
ludicrous. I mean, it's ok for your whole network to have access to HR,
medical, payroll, proprietary engineering information, nuclear launch
codes, etc but it's curtains for the free world if they can get to your HMC
port where it has ZERO access to your confidential data?
