Yes, you can do this.

On the system with the performance data, use the SAVPFRCOL command to save the performance collection to a save file.
Transfer the save file to the desired partition.
Restore the data using the RSTPFRCOL.

This works for all types of performance data - just specify the type of data on the COLTYPE parameter.
