Hi all *We have a customer using Microsoft GSA access for remote users and they have been experiencing dropouts. This is believed to be caused by the way GSA remote access servers can rotate to different IP addresses and servers. * *They have taken steps to try and isolate users of IBM i ACS to a single server/IP but there is still a disruption to system usage while GSA "elections" are taking place, believed to be caused by lack of DNS service for up to several minutes. * *The network team (and CoPilot advice) is to look at increasing timeouts on ACS client around DNS related settings. * *Has anyone had any experience using ACS with GSA?* -- Regards Evan Harris -- This is the Midrange Systems Technical Discussion (MIDRANGE-L) mailing list To post a message email: [email protected] To subscribe, unsubscribe, or change list options, visit: https://lists.midrange.com/mailman/listinfo/midrange-l or email: MIDRANGE-L-request-+hD5IHI5Xscn3HwCXmMcX9BPR1lH4CV8@public.gmane.org Before posting, please take a moment to review the archives at https://archive.midrange.com/midrange-l.
