Login with ibm id?

Folks:

Does anyone know if it’s possible for 3rd parties to use IBM id’s for authentication (using oauth)?

I’m investigating providing a login mechanism for some midrange.com <http://midrange.com/> functions (current and future), but really don’t want to deal with managing user id’s & passwords. 

I’ve found some authentication libraries that seem to work well, but it would be natural for midrange.com <http://midrange.com/> to support IBM id also.
