Has anyone applied the recent security fixes? (v7r5)

I see there is a new defective ptf

                   LICENSED PROGRAM = 5770DG1
                   APAR NUMBER: DT498871

                   USERS AFFECTED: All IBM i operating system Apache server
                                   users
                   REASON DEFECTIVE: After applying the PTF, HTTP Server CGI
                                     Programs Fail with MCH3601.
                   RECOMMENDATION: Remove the defective PTFs and apply fixing
                                   PTF xxxxxxx when it becomes available.
