What firewalls, if any, have you checked based on the comments here? 1 - Have you checked to see if your Windows 11 system has firewalls turned on and, if so, do you have to open ports and addresses for this? 2 - Is your Windows 11 PC a new system with it's own IP address? And not the same IP address as your previous PC? Generally how we do it here. If so, is there a network based firewall blocking access? 3 - Related to question 2, have you set anything in https://myibmi.myco.com:2003/Navigator/mainframe/network/packet-rules If you go to the command prompt BEFORE running ftp and run ftp from the command prompt and type use the debug option (like C:\Users\rob>ftp -d myibmi) does that give you any information?
