Hi Dean, Have you tried asking dprg.org or on the orionrobots.co.uk forums? There are a few robotics groups - and this is a very specialist question. I can say there are certainly no Lego sensors to do this. You are talking about fairly high sensitivity - that which may be hard enough for a human to discern, let alone a robot. I suspect you will probably require professional medical grade ultrasonic sensors. In which case - it might be well place on a medical equipment newsgroup. I am intrigued - what you are doing sounds very interesting - if you dont mind saying, what is your application?
