Ultimate Robolab news (concerns RCX only)

ULTMATE ROBOLAB now runs under ROBOLAB 2.9 with the only restriction that
standard ROBOLAB container modifiers (red, blue and yellow container modifiers
with brown wires) cannot be used. To access those containers nevertheless, use
I16 global variables with names: RED, BLUE, YELLOW instead.
