shows nothing is received when running mode2 after reboot and killing lircd

I don't think HW is a problem. Here are the screen shot of before & after:
1.Screenshot using IR HW after a fresh reboot  : https://www.dropbox.com/s/t7ocme1ygspyrgc/1.Screenshot%20using%20IR%20HW.png?dl=0
2.Screenshot after IR HW bypassed:
(Simply removed GPIO18 of  RPI3-1 from the  IR TX,removed GPIO17 of RPI3-2  from the IR sensor andthen directly connecting the GPIO18-RPI3-1----->GPIO17-RPI3-2.Other wires untouched)

3.Screenshot of same as 2 above after reboot

4.Screenshot making sure modules are same on both the RPIs.

Then repeated the test 1 above. Works with IR HW.

Greatly appreciate any help from the lirc community on this IR HW bypassing journey (controller and the controlled devices are within the same enclosure)
Regards,Raj
