Update for Grundig RC-TP3 remote control

Hi,

I just created a SourceForge git merge request for the lirc-remotes
archive, updating the Grundig RC-TP3 remote control conffile.

This remote has a mode selector (top left button), designed to control
up to four different devices. As it essentially behaves like four
different remotes, I have replicated the configuration and tagged the
sections with the appropriate mode.

I also added missing buttons and renamed USR1 to USR4 to what they
actually do, according to the GBJ4732-TP3 manual.

NB: sourceforge gets slower and slower … perhaps it's time to migrate to
gitlab or github.
