All receivers have an "issue" with that protocol, since it requires to 
distinguish between some durations that do not differ very much.
So my general recommendation is

1. Use clean signals in the configuration file, for example generated by 
IrScrutinizer, NOT anything that irrecord has spat out.

2. Reduce the parameters eps (default 30) and aeps (default 100). FWIT, 
the parameters I use in IrpTransmogrifier are 4 and 50 respectively.

Or possibly try to avoid that protocol alltogether...
