Convert LIRC configuration file to harchardware cli incantations?

Dear LIRC list,

I am transitioning away from my current IR blasters (MCE-based) towards
Arduino Nanos running GIRS. To this end I would like to convert my LIRC
configuration file to a series of harchardware invocations, so that I
know what harchardware command to issue in order to blast each key that
is configured in the LIRC file.

Is this something I can do with IrScrutinizer?
