This is not a sensible IR signal, so it is no wonder that it does not
decode. Smells like a lowlevel/hardware error.


I recommend using a well known signal (e.g. RC5 or NEC) in the
install/debug phase. And make sure cec and devinput is diabled.

PS. What is "ZIPPO output"? https://www.zippo.de/ ??
