While I'm using Microsoft VisualStudio with Qt plug-in, I see
qnutconf.pro in the repository, which is the standard project file for
Qt application and used by qmake to generate a standard Makefile.

qmake's option "-spec" allows to set the cross compiler.

But I never tried this.
