NutOs TCPIN does not handle TH_PUSH

Hello,

as already stated, Michaels iperf program does not work with
IPERF3. Spying with wireshark I think the NutOs network stack answers
to early on a packet with the PSH attribute.

Find appended some wireshark log for a jperf3 run when first taking
unsuccessfull to a Nucleo- F676 with Michaels application loaded and
beginning  with line 9 talking successfully to some other PC.

For the run against Nutos, jperf effectively hangs. No timeout after
the 10 second scheduled run time.

Can anybody help?
