I've been attempting this recently, though Damn small linux is quite hard to 
deal with as they have cut out most of the package management apps in favour 
or apps.

I've started trying to minimise knoppix - hard task. Though I'm determined, 
well, I will be when I boot the box I have the knoppix image uncompressed 
on...
