Off list David as agreed to me carrying on the development of the "sdcc
howto" he has started.

So if you have comments on his first draft please send them to me and
I'll get a revision up on my web site as soon as I can.  

My main priority at the moment is to get my programmer working with 18F
devices so it may be a few days before I get any revisions done.
