!!!SUCCESS!!!

I've finally got my programmer to put the sdcc "blink a led" code into a
18F458 and, once I added the config setting by hand into the hex file,
it's WORKING !!!!

OH , and hey kids, don't forget to disable low voltage programming if
you don't use it and don't have anything connected to the LVP PGM pin !
