there's an update to my situation.
for the moment, i can't get my hands on anything but a
16f84, and i can't find the 74hct573, needed for thvp.
but i did found someone willing to program my 16f84's.

here's how it goes:
is it possible to use a 16f84 instead of the 16f628 in
voti.nl's wisp? (smth like a wisp84 :P)

i'm still looking for parts, so if anything is doable
at any point, i will ica.
