RC5 decoder -PIC16F84A / PIC16F628A for power switch

Dear all,

A am here with one Remote Control switch for AC power, PIC16F84A as decoder.

I made a clone of it with PIC16F628A as decoder.

The clone works perfectly with the first PIC ( ie PIC16F84A of the
first device).

I tried to copy the data from first PIC to PIC16F628A. 

But it is copy protected and so gives all ZEROs. ( " 0000 " )

I request your help for 
0)  READ this copy protected PIC16F84A ( is it compatible with PIC16F628A )
1)  Writing new code/program for PIC16F628A
                           OR
send me copy of this CODE / program.

Please let me know which is the best link for beginers PIC programming.
