Xwisp2 1.7.2 released

There are enough improvements en good test results to release 1.7.2 of 
Xwisp2. Major changes:
- fixes for several small but annoying problems
- corrections of some PIC properties in xwisp2.cfg
- compiles and runs now also with MacOS2 (thanks 'Easy B'!)
- some usability enhancements, like identification of
   runtime platform in log
