Xwisp2 version 1.9.2

Hi

Today I've released Xwisp2 1.9.2, see my site: http://www.robh.nl/

Major differences with previous version:
- Users Guide and Command Reference manual included.
- Support for Wisp628 firmware 1.12 (included).
- Added support for 16F716 (requires Wisp628 1.12 firmware).
- Several new 18Fxxxx PICmicros added to configuration files.
- Several usability enhancements and a couple of bug fixes.

For those who don't know Xwisp2, from the Readme file:
>  XWisp2 is a support program for the Wisp628 PIC programmer and WLoader.
>  Basically it has the same purpose and functionality as the original
>  programs XWisp and Wisp of Wouter van Ooijen (http://www.voti.nl/xwisp)
>  but XWisp2 is distributed as executable without the need for Python or
>  any runtime libaries. Xwisp2 is written in C, sources are available.

The package contains executables for eComStation(OS/2), Linux and
Windows. Exectables for FreeBSD and MacOS can be built with the sources.
