[PIC] Can I swap the PIC12C67X-MI/PI chip between DVA modules?

Good day to all.

I am hoping there are still people on the PIClist who did development
work on the ICE 2000 emulator systems.

I think I damaged the DVA16XP141 DVA module that goes in between the
PCM16YD0 emulator pod and the target system. That DVA module appears
to be unobtainium.

I have other DVA modules that have either one or two of those
PIC12C67X-MI/PI on board. Can anyone tell me if there is custom code
inside that chip or can those chips be swapped at will between DVA modules?

I sure do wish that all this Microchip stuff was documented properly,
with block diagrams and schematic diagrams.

Many thanks!

dwayne
